Prebake a pie crust in a 450 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Turn oven
down to 350.
Chop 3-4 (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup) green onions and spread on bottom of pie
crust.
Slice 5 medium tomatoes and then dry sliced tomatoes on paper towels,
twice, so they aren't so juicy. Layer on bottom of pan.
Cover with 10-15 finely chopped basil leaves, 2 handfuls of chopped
fresh spinach (optional), and 5 crumpled, cooked bacon slices.
Mix together in a separate bowl: 1 c. mayo, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
and 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees and let sit for a half-hour before
slicing.
